We want you to love your skin and your results, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Hero Cosmetics purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all products. Simply initiate your request through our online portal to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
